Return & Refund

At SHOLO VIDA, our collections are thoughtfully curated—featuring both exclusive selections from trusted boutique partners and signature pieces from our own brand line. We are committed to offering distinctive, high-quality fashion through a unique fulfilment model. Due to the nature of our sourcing, we follow a selective return policy aligned with Australian Consumer Law.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Beyond this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Item must be in original condition
  • You must provide the order confirmation email or receipt

We do not accept returns for:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Items without tags or damaged packaging
  • Personal wear items (e.g. undergarments, bodysuits)
  • Any item showing signs of wear, stains, or damage not caused by us

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us at support@sholovida.com within 3 days of delivery.

In such cases:

  • We will cover return shipping costs, and
  • Offer either a replacement (if available) or a full refund after we receive the returned item

Please include photo evidence to support your claim.



4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@sholovida.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item (for quality verification)

We will provide return instructions once your return request is approved.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order once your return is approved and processed. We do not offer direct exchanges.


6. Refunds

Once your return item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.


7. Additional Notes

SHOLO VIDA offers a curated mix of independently sourced and own-label pieces. While some items are sourced through trusted boutique partners, others are produced under our in-house brand. Please note that for selected products, we are not the official distributor or manufacturer of any third-party brand names that may appear. All items are legally sourced and undergo quality checks before shipping.

Please be aware:

  • We do not accept change-of-mind returns
  • Please note that packaging, labels, or hang tags may vary slightly depending on our supplier or the shipment method. These differences do not affect the authenticity or quality of the product.
  • Due to production batch differences, minor variations in garment cutting, print alignment, or fabric layout may occur. These do not constitute product defects
  • Manual measurement may result in a 1–2 cm size difference. Please refer to the size chart as a general guide
  • Colours may appear slightly different in person due to lighting during photography or differences in screen display settings
