1. Processing Time

All orders are carefully processed and packaged before shipping.

  • Order Handling Time: 2–4 business days
  • Our team inspects, repackages, and labels each product before dispatch.

Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in Australia. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient if applicable.

SHOLO VIDA is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or delays once the parcel reaches your country. If applicable, the local courier will typically contact the customer to arrange payment before delivery.

⚠️ Please ensure that any customs-related payments are only made through verified and official channels; Beware of fraudulent messages impersonating delivery services. SHOLO VIDA is not responsible for any losses caused by third-party scams.

The Australian Border Force may impose a 10% GST and processing fee based on the declared value of the goods.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation with tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. You can track your parcel at any time via the link in your confirmation email. If your tracking link shows no movement after 5 business days, please contact us so we can assist with an inquiry.


5. Delays or Lost Packages

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, SHOLO VIDA is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs clearance delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier service disruptions or backlogs
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@sholovida.com. We will assist in tracking your package and liaising with the shipping carrier when possible.

SHOLO VIDA is not responsible for lost packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the courier. In such cases, we recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim. We will, however, do our best to assist you during this process. For added security, customers are encouraged to choose signature-on-delivery where available and ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
